How quickly will my order be dispatched?
I post out the next working day from when payment has cleared.
How quickly are items that are ‘Made to Order’ dispatched?
For ‘made to order’ items please allow 5 working days from placing the order. If your order is urgent then email me before placing it and if I can accommodate your order sooner then I will.
Can you do special/custom orders?
Yes, we welcome special/custom orders. Just email me with your request.
Do you repair jewellery?
Yes. I am able to restring necklaces or bracelets, replace broken clasps or repair broken earrings. Just email me with details:

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
Each piece of jewellery comes in its own Stylish Silver and Purple Gift Box or a Pretty Silver Organza Bag included in the purchase price.
Do you take orders over the phone?
No sorry, I don't have a credit card processing interface other than the one on this website, so there is no system in place for phone orders.
Do you answer queries over the phone?
As I home educate my children I am not always around. I recommend that the first point of contact is by email, if I find that I need to discuss your query with you I will email you for your telephone number.
What if I have an urgent query?
If you have an urgent query I still recommend email.
