Ordering
For all orders simply add your chosen items to your shopping cart and follow the instructions at checkout.
Most items on my website are made-to-order so please allow 5 working days for your item to be made and put in the post. The time is usually much less than this.
I always email to confirm receipt of order and then to confirm that your purchase is in the post. Aiming to keep you informed every step of the way.
Payment
Through Paypal is the easiest way to pay. You can use your credit card there, even if you don't have a Paypal account. We can also accept cheques and Postal Orders made payable to Mrs L Hughes and posted to: Mrs L Hughes, Purple Panda Designs, Arwelfa, Water Street, Pontarddulais, Swansea SA4 8RL. Items will be posted out once payment has cleared, usually 3 working days for cheques or crossed postal orders.

Postage
All Jewellery is posted First Class Recorded Delivery at a cost of £3.95. (PLUS £1 PER EXTRA ITEM).
If you are LOCAL and wish to pick up your items, please change 'Standard Delivery' to 'Local Pickup' on the 'Shopping Basket' page, then press the 'Recalculate' button. This will remove the postage costs. (You will find this in between the thick purple lines just below the total).
All jewellery is presented in either a Stylish Purple & Silver Gift Box or a Pretty Organza Bag.

Refunds
All items are 100% money back guarantee, so that you can buy with confidence. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of purchase, so if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please email me to arrange a return. Any return items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, they must be in an unused and re-saleable condition, and items must be returned in the original box and packaging. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item, it is advisable that you post either using ‘Recorded Delivery’ or at the very least obtain a 'proof of postage' as we are not liable for any goods that have left you, but do not arrive here. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received. Refunds do not include any postage to you or from you, unless the goods are faulty.
